Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Listing Agent to engage with property sellers and encourage them to transition their properties from private treaty sales to the modern auction method. This role requires excellent sales skills, extremely strong spoken communication, and a persuasive approach to educating sellers on the benefits of auction sales. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships with clients quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage with property sellers to discuss the benefits of modern
  • Persuade and assist sellers in transitioning their properties from private treaty to auction
  • Clearly communicate auction processes, timelines, and advantages to potential
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings at all
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for
  • Stay informed about market trends and auction industry
  • Work towards strong targets and KPIs related to property

Key Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and confident
  • Excellent spoken and written English (UK client base).
  • Ability to explain complex processes clearly and concisely to
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with

Desirable Skills

  • An understanding of the UK property market and auction
  • Experience working in property sales, estate agency, or a similar sales-driven

 

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R17,000 max – negotiable on experience
