About the role:
The client based in Cape Town Region is looking for a Senior Account manager that is currently looking for a new challenge with lots of potential to grow and be part of something big in 2025! As an Account Manager, you’ll be playing a key role in building new relationships and maintaining existing relationships with our clients and consultants alike.
Responsible for growing the Company’s footprint within current and new Clients, especially within the Turnkey and Managed Services space, within the IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Key Accounts and use your networks to grow business and make headway into new accounts.
- Consultant/ Contractor management- performing certain HR duties, contract renewals, performance management/Vendor relationships/Client relationships/Main point of contact for both consultants and client.
- Client Management – Relationship building, new business development, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Update CRM system
- Attend Client Meetings /onsite visits weekly/
- Attend Sales Meetings (report on new opportunities and status thereof)
- Interviewing ongoing consultants/ talent pool received from the recruitment team.
- Team Player and collaborative
Requirements:
- 5+ years within a client facing/ account management role managing corporate accounts within the IT space
- Understanding the technology landscape within the SA Market
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
- Recruitment background
- Turnkey and Managed Services solution sales experience
- Sales/ business development background
