Key Responsibilities

- Leading the Development team with all aspects of software design and coding.
- Attending and contributing to company management meetings.
- Learning the codebase and improving the coding skills of the team.
- Writing, maintaining and managing the quality of code.
- Fixing bugs within existing systems.
- Monitoring and improving the technical performance of internal systems.
- Responding to requests from the management team.
- Creating reports.

- Degree in the related field

Required Experience (relevant or in a similar role)

- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role

Required Knowledge and Skills
|
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS SQL, JavaScript & NodeJS
- Good working knowledge of C#, HTML5, Java and Visual Basic
- Strong leadership skills and ability to teach others
- Strong management skills supported by process and structure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Good working knowledge of operating systems, email systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment as well as individually.
- Detail-oriented
- Strong diagnostic and trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations quickly
