Role Overview

We’re looking for a customer-focused and proactive agent to join our team as a Viewing Booking & Buyer Qualification Agent. You’ll be responsible for managing predominantly inbound calls from UK-based buyers looking to arrange property viewings, and progressively qualifying their buying intent. This role starts with system-based diary management and booking support, then grows into a more consultative sales role – identifying hot leads and generating valuable data to fuel future sales and referrals. It’s ideal for candidates with strong telesales or customer service experience who enjoy fast-paced conversations and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and online enquiries to book property viewings via our client’s CRM and front-end website
  • Confirm available times or log the customer’s preferred time if no slots are listed
  • Make amendments to previously booked viewings where required
  • Accurately record customer details and booking outcomes in internal systems
  • Escalate or refer additional queries to franchise agents via templated email communication
  • Ask structured buyer qualification questions to assess sales readiness
  • Capture insights including buyer position, financing, requirements, and level of interest
  • Recommend other suitable properties or services based on the buyer’s needs
  • Trigger follow-up emails and log buyer details for database growth and lead nurture
  • Deliver engaging conversations that build trust, rapport, and brand confidence

Key Skills

  • Strong telesales, outbound sales or customer service experience, ideally in a B2C environment
  • Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator with excellent spoken English (UK client base).
  • Able to build rapport and trust quickly over the
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and diligent in follow-up
  • Comfortable using CRM
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal

Desirable Skills

  • Exposure to the UK property or lettings market is a plus
  • Familiarity with sales pipelines, property terminology, or financial services
  • Experience with booking systems, CRMs, or front-end platforms

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Cape Town (Office based)

Working hours: UK hours 10:00 – 19:00 SAST

Salary: Up to R25,000 basic + performance bonuses + transport allowance + post-probation benefits.
