We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Compliance Agent to carry out pre-sale and post- sale compliance checks on vendors and buyers. This role is critical in ensuring that all parties involved in transactions meet our company’s compliance standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sale and post-sale compliance checks on vendors and buyers to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Verify and validate documentation and identification submitted by
- Investigate and assess any potential compliance risks and flag concerns to
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance checks in the
- Communicate clearly with clients to obtain missing or additional information where
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and accurate
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Compliance

Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a compliance, audit, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with property transactions and related compliance
- Knowledge of UK anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and data protection
Job Type: Full-time, In-Office, Permanent
Salary: R10,000 max – negotiable on experience
