About the client:
Our client is a fast-growing and innovative organisation supporting UK businesses through offshore operational partnerships. We’re now seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen our current marketing team, manage campaigns, and support lead generation efforts. This role requires both creative and analytical capabilities, with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and strategy. You’ll play a key role in executing integrated marketing campaigns, developing content, supporting brand visibility, and working closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and web.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign setup, scheduling, and reporting.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms including social media, websites, newsletters, and paid ads.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot (or similar).
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to produce high-impact visuals and materials.
- Support SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns with copy and creative input.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Stay on top of marketing trends, tools, and competitor activity.
Key Skills
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (social, paid media, email, SEO).
- Strong writing and editing skills for digital content.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Figma.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with UK or international audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho).
- Basic HTML or web CMS experience (e.g. WordPress or Webflow).
- Ability to storyboard, wireframe or prototype campaign ideas using Figma or similar tools.
Please note that the target start date for this position is September 2025.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Cape Town (Office based)
Working hours: UK hours 10:00 – 19:00 SAST
Salary: R30,000 – R40,000 per month (depending on experience)
