Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Post-Sale Support Agent to manage the administrative and customer support tasks necessary to progress property sales after auction. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and internal teams to facilitate the timely completion of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the post-auction process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to facilitate a seamless transition from auction to
  • Monitor key milestones in the sales process and follow up on outstanding
  • Handle queries from clients regarding the status of their property
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on internal
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Compliance, and Property Onboarding to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Identify and resolve potential delays by proactively managing timelines and
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders throughout the post-sale

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and
  • Strong communication skills, both written and
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Customer service experience with a professional and empathetic
  • Understanding of property sales, auction processes, and legal documentation (preferred but not essential).

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working in property, conveyancing, or a legal administrative
  • Knowledge of auction platforms and post-sale
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving administrative

Job Type: Full-time, in-office, Permanent

Salary: R10,000 max.
