About the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Referrals Agent to engage with customers who have expressed a need for partner services, including Removals, Energy Performance Certificates, and Surveys. The primary goal of this role is to communicate the benefits of our trusted partner offerings and facilitate smooth and successful referrals. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong sales abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact customers who have indicated a need for removals, EPCs, or property survey services
Clearly communicate the benefits of using our trusted partners
Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and follow-up communications, to secure successful referrals
Accurately capture customer details and service requirements to ensure a smooth transition to our partners
Maintain up-to-date records on the CRM system, logging interactions and outcomes
Liaise with partner companies to ensure a seamless experience and high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed referral and sales targets as set by the management team
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the referral process

Strong sales and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Confident and professional telephone manner
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

Desirable Skills

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, servicing UK clients – non- negotiable
Familiarity with the removals or logistics industry
Experience working with referral partnerships or lead generation

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R17,000 – varying on experience
